INSTRUCTIONS:
- In order to fill the online proposal, please Register in the box provided
below by providing an e-mail id and password.
- As you are filling in the proposal form, it will automatically save itself every
few minutes. You can choose to fill the form partially and come back at a later
point to complete the form, not later than 20th Feb 2013.
- When you return to the incomplete proposal form use the same e-mail ID and Login
with which you have registered to be able to continue filling out the same proposal.
- Once the proposal has been filled in, it is recommended that you check each response
thoroughly, particularly the 'Funding model' and 'Budget proposal' templates. Click
on the 'Submit' button in order to submit the application.
- Please note that once you have SUBMITTED the proposal form, no changes will be allowed
to the proposal.
- Please note that instructions have been provided for most questions in the relevant
text fields. Please do read the same before filling out the questions. In case of
any query please email the Program Team at info@dm-india.com
- The same organization may submit a proposal for more than one project (Multiple
projects). In case you wish to apply for more than one project, please create a
new Login Id for each new project by registering separately for each one. This will
also require you to use a separate email ID to register for each project proposal.
- Answers to all questions are mandatory. However if you do not have a response to
a particular question please write NA or NOT APPLICABLE against that question field.
